    The purpose of this 4-week program is to get teens moving and learning about how they can design an effective workout to suit their fitness goals (e.g., improve general strength, improve athletic performance, increase cardiovascular fitness). Each week, teens will participate in different types of physical activity programs including: high intensity interval training (HIIT), strength and conditioning, endurance focused and cardio training sessions. Each session also includes a brief educational component. Topics of focus include: weekly activity planning,
    healthy meal planning, how to compose a SMART goal, as well as mindful meditation. All skill levels and abilities are welcome!

    Join Tian Renton, Registered Kinesiologist and Kinesiology Instructor at the University of Toronto and up your train game!
    Time: Tuesdays from 2:30pm – 3:30pm, July 30 th – August 20 th
    Cost: $120 + tax
